IMPORTANT AND HELPFUL INFORMATION
- Valid credit card required as security deposit for use
of any incidentals used during stay
- Maximum room occupancy is 4 persons
- Extra person rate currently in effect and established
by hotel will be charged
- Rollaway and cribs available for a nominal fee per night
plus applicable tax. Arrange with front desk upon check-in
- Maximum length of stay is 14 days

RESORT FEE: The
Orleans will post a daily $5 RESORT FEE (plus tax per
room, per night) and must be cleared by guest at time of check-out.
The fee will include access to the Orleans Fitness Center,
in-room coffee and unlimited local and 800 phone calls.
